Stage 1
I have been cleaning carpets in Edinburgh since 2012. I am fully trained, experienced and familiar with cleaning all types of carpets and rugs. Using the best and most powerful equipment along with the right mix of cleaning chemicals I can make your carpets look wonderful again and leave them smelling great.
The carpet cleaning process starts with an inspection of the area to talk through any problem areas or stains that require treating. The carpet will then be vacuumed before applying a pre-spray to start breaking down any soiling. This will be agitated either manually or mechanically depending on the carpet fibre. Any stains will be spot treated at this stage.

The next stage is the extraction (removing the dirt). Using a hot water extraction machine I will rinse and extract the dirt out of your carpet leaving it clean, sanitised and smelling fresh.
Depending on the type of carpet fibre and weather conditions it can take 4-6 hours for the carpet to dry. During this time it is best to avoid walking on the carpet. If you must it’s best to wear socks or slippers.
There are many different types of carpet from man made ones like Polypropylene to natural fibre ones such as Wool, Seagrass and Jute. When booking please try and provide as much information on what type of carpet you have. This is also very important when cleaning rugs. (The fabric and size of rug can often be found on a label underneath).
